Innerlight Marketing, an authorized retailer for AT&T Wireless, has immediate openings for Retail Sales Associates due to increased demand for AT&T products and services. Our AT&T Retail Sales Associate ensures a genuine customer experience that delivers results by selling to our customer needs and positively impacting store sales and individual earning potential. In this role, you will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. As a sales associate, you will work as a team to meet both personal and company goals!

Duties Include:

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company
• Generate new customer acquisitions through face to face communication

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
